Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
Job Description:
Delivering assigned project as per direction from TELUS Manager.
Alignment on reporting project status and overall health of the project and providing visibility to the TELUS Manager on strategies to mitigate project barriers to go live.
Primary contact with Clinics resources for all project related activities.
Monitoring project status and ensuring appropriate measures are prepared should project risks arise
Coordinating project team resources ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined for assigned projects.
Required:
- Master in clarifying complex IT concepts so it is easily understood
- Understanding of basic concepts of data warehousing and whitelisting
- Experience working with clientele
- Works well under pressure
- Strong English
- Very strong client experience
- Working Hours: interacting with Client
- may require some weekend monitoring for L2ASP migrations
Asset:
- Clinical systems migration experience
- working in a clinical or healthcare setting
