About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ed-tech Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, technology, and sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As an Ed-tech Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our educational technology solutions to prospective clients, primarily targeting educational institutions, corporate clients, and individual learners.

Key Responsibilities:  Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.  Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and pain points of potential clients.  Present and demonstrate our Ed-tech solutions to key decision-makers, effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and assistance throughout the sales process.  Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for business growth.  Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations in a professional and persuasive manner.  Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives on a consistent basis.  Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to the sales manager and senior leadership team.

Qualifications:  Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the Ed-tech industry or a related field.  Strong understanding of educational technology solutions, online learning platforms, and digital tools.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly.  Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for learning and personal development.  Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.  Previous experience in consultative or solution-based selling.  Familiarity with online education trends and emerging technologies.
