Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
Responsibilities of Store Manager
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet Annual target of store, accordingly guide team towards it
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Additional store manager duties as needed
- Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
- Oversee stock and store operations
Responsibilities of Store Executive & Helper
- Should be Expert in cutting & Welding, and know how to calculate the peach
- Taking care of dispatching & Packing and cross check according to PO
- Taking care of Kaizen & 5's Activities
- Helping team members for smooth functioning of store
- Help to do inventory of product
Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience
- 2+ years' store management experience
- Customer centric with a positive attitude
