Azure Data Engineer
Location - No specific location but team is sitting at Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai
Work Mode – Hybrid
We need strong SQL skill front. We need more of a SQL Developer than a ADF Data Engineer at this point based on the candidates we are seeing.

JD:
As an Azure Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions on the Azure platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data pipelines, and ensure data integrity and security.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable data solutions on the Azure platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Implement data integration and ETL processes to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure performance and availability.
• Work closely with data scientists and analysts to support their data needs and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Implement data governance practices and ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Azure data engineering and recommend best practices to enhance data solutions.
Qualifications:
• 3+ Years of proven experience as a data engineer, preferably with expertise in Azure data services.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data modeling and database design.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Experience with PowerBI
• Knowledge of data governance and data security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ideally some experience with SSIS
