Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor at Radiant Power Projects in BAKROL Near Kathwada, Ahmedabad. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality generator sets by supervising the manufacturing process, managing production schedules, planning and organizing production activities, communicating with team members, and overseeing production management.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead a team
• Experience in production scheduling and planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of production management techniques
• Experience in the manufacturing industry

Additional qualifications and skills such as knowledge of proficiency in computer-aided design (Auto CAD) software, and experience with quality control tools would be beneficial.
