Apply todayAnalytics Engineer/Data Analyst :Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics).- 2-5 years of experience in the analytics domain.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R.- Strong skills in advanced SQL/Hive/Presto, Excel, and MS PowerPoint.- Experience in data and business analysis, including descriptive and inquisitive analysis.- Ability to manipulate, process, and extract value from large datasets.- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Google Data Studio.- Working knowledge of Big Data processing tools like Qubole, Databricks, and Spark.- Experience with API integrations and storytelling through data.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with global stakeholders.- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and prioritize effectively.- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.- Proven experience in handling large datasets and deriving insights.- Programmatic Media/Ad-tech domain knowledge is a plus.- Continuous learning mindset to keep up with the fast pace of innovation in the field.- Passionate about data analysis and continuous learning.Responsibilities :- Conducting data and business analysis to derive insights and inform decision-making processes.- Manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large datasets.- Visualizing data and creating compelling stories to communicate insights effectively.- Collaborating with peers and business/technical teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.- Utilizing Big Data processing tools and APIs to integrate and analyze data.- Ensuring timely execution and quality delivery of analytics projects.- Mentoring and guiding junior team members in data analysis techniques and best practices.- Keeping up with industry trends and continuously learning new tools and techniques in analytics.Attributes :- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication and presentation skills.- Team player with a collaborative mindset.- Self-driven and motivated individual.- Ability to work independently and take initiative.- Do let me know if you have any further questions regarding the same.
