Role Overview:
As the Product Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our company. You will be responsible for managing our product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of innovative mental health solutions. In addition, you will provide essential support to the CEO, assisting with administrative tasks and enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and high-level decision-making.

Responsibilities:
1. Product Management:
- Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify mental health market trends, customer needs, and potential product improvements.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business goals, user insights, and technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of product development projects.
- Regularly track and analyze product performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centered design and product excellence.
2. Project Management:
- Plan and execute product development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, set project milestones, and facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Coordinate between clients and therapists and ensure successful completion of sessions
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and obstacles to ensure the smooth progress of development initiatives.
3. Executive Assistance:
- Manage the CEO's schedule, calendar, and appointments, prioritizing time-sensitive matters and balancing conflicting demands.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as travel arrangements, expense reports, and documentation, to support the CEO's daily operations.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
4. Strategic Support:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare briefing materials and analysis to aid the CEO in key meetings and discussions.
Requirements:
- Startup experience preferred
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the tech industry or mental health sector.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- High level of discretion and integrity, handling confidential information with utmost professionalism.
- Proficient in productivity tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management tools).
