Job Overview
. Assist developing optimized Inventory targets/recommendations for Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging Materials & SEMIS (WIP) leveraging Inventory Optimization tool incorporating supply chain strategies, product characteristics & segmentation, service goals, lead-time etc.
. Support process run & process Improvement.
. Prepare for Inventory analysis related narratives
Job Responsibilities
50 % of time Execute Inventory Target Setting Process
- Support Inventory target setting and refresh process
- Calculate and provide inventory recommendations using analytical/statistical tools
- Identify key drivers for inventory recommendations.
- Understand operational constraints and assumptions and provide scenario-based insights
- Support team members on data management, systems, and processes
- Partner with stakeholder(s) to get alignment on inventory recommendations from the tool
- Maintain standard process documentation
20 % of time Support Inventory Analytics Projects
- Participate in connects with Stakeholder to understand business problem
- Support IA Improve team to find Analytical solution for problem
- Be Inventory technical expertise to support Project
- Support NAR SC initiative from Inventory side
- Support validation initiatives for tool/logic enhancement
20 % of time Stake holder management
- Understand stakeholder needs related to current supply chain challenges
- Participate knowledge sharing sessions, technical trainings, and transition
- Support team members on process standardization and governance
10 % of time Continue professional development
- Participate in formal supply chain and analytics training
- Participate in soft skills/competencies training
- Work on goals and objectives for each fiscal year
Desired Profile
Education
Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
Preferred Major Area of Study: Industrial Engineering/Operations Research/ Supply Chain /Statistics/ Analytics
Preferred Professional Certifications: CSCP, CPIM
Experience
Minimum years of related experience required: 1

Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed
- Basic understanding of inventory components and formulas for target setting calculations
- Basic understanding of all the inputs of inventory and ability to perform data analysis.
- Strong Excel and analysis skills (i.e., skilled at pivot table, charts, and graphs)
- Preferred experience in VBA, macros, Automation tools
- Preferred experience of working with SAP, OMP and other planning systems
