Qualification

B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry OR Rubber Technology OR Polymer Science

Experience

3 -9 years of experience as a Lab Assistant in Rubber Testing Laboratory.

Skills Required

* Working experience with TGA / FTIR would be preferred.
* Must have knowledge and understanding of Laboratory quality management system (ISO/IEC17025)
* Must have working experience in handling testing equipment like Tensile Testing Machines, Hardness testers, Specific Gravity Measurements, MDR, etc, and analyzing the results.
* Should have minimum 3 years of experience in Rubber Testing Laboratory

Job Resposibility

* Conducting and supporting scientific investigations and experiments
* Planning, setting up and undertaking controlled experiments and trials
* Recording and analysing data
* Demonstrating procedures
* Collecting, Preparing and/or Testing samples
* Maintaining, calibrating, cleaning and testing sterility of the equipment
* Providing technical support
* Writing Reports, Reviews and Summaries
* Keeping up to date with relevant scientific and technical developments
* Ordering and maintaining stock and resources
