Job description

AST Environment Solutions Pvt Ltd (100% subsidiary of Advanced Sys-tek Pvt Ltd) is looking for a Business Leader to shape our Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) and scale revenue & profits to the next level for our new product line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting a Business strategy and achieving Sales, Profitability and other financial Goals. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, setting up distribution channel, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.

Responsibilities ·

Own all plans and strategies for developing the business and achieving the company’s monthly, quarterly & yearly business goals ·

Develops the sales plan, prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning. ·

Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering & Operations ·

Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet the sales objectives ·

Grow & provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development ·

Establish and foster partnerships (OEM, Distributors, End Users) and relationships with key customers ·

Build & motivate the team into consistent performers ·

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs ·

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media ·

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services ·

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales, profit and financial data ·

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences ·

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Skills and Qualifications ·

About 15 years of relevant sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets preferably in Lube Sales. Lesser experience will be acceptable for exceptional candidates ·

Possess extensive knowledge of sales tactics and strategies ·

Chemical Engineering background with a Management Degree is a plus ·

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. ·

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams ·

Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. ·

Strong leadership and team building skills
