Job description
We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter who can manage multiple requisitions, work independently and is a self-starter.
Job Responsibilities: Understand the technical job requirements from Team lead. Source potential candidates from various platform. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) Coordinate with clients for interview process. Negotiate the offer and follow up with candidate post offer roll out to ensure the candidate joins the organization. Qualifications: 7+ years of technical recruitment experience Ability to work independently as well as with team, upholding company values and core competencies Excellent communication and time management skills Should be interested in Computer and IT Technology.Job tags
