Required exp.: 6 months to 2 years of internship or job experience in end-to-end recruitment

Pay range: 17k – 35k a month, plus quarterly and yearly performance bonus

Work location: Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida

Working days & timings: Monday – Saturday, 10am – 7pm

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, selecting candidates to move forward in the hiring process, and extending offers of employment. The Recruiter will establish relationships with candidates and work closely with hiring managers to ensure that positions are filled with top talent efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of internship or job experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, preferring from recruiting firms
• Experience in recruiting for startups, purpose-driven organizations
• Strong verbal & written communication in English, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers to meet hiring deadlines/goals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
