- 5+ years of proven success in civil procurement or sales, ideally within the real estate construction sector.
- A strong understanding of construction materials, pricing, and supplier networks.
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at construction companies, builders, and developers.
- A hunter mentality with a relentless drive to exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to confidently pitch MProcure's value proposition to potential clients.
- A tech-savvy individual comfortable working with CRM systems and SaaS platforms.
