Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at Pexa - Carcare & Shoppe in Attingal, India. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, addressing complaints, assisting customers with their carcare service needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Executive will also be responsible for managing customer service operations and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Customer Support skills
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Customer Service Management
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations
• Prior experience in the automobile industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related fields

Salary: 13000 - 25000

Preferred Location: Trivandrum & Kollam
