The Inside Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the company by engaging potential customers through various channels. This position involves proactive outreach to prospects nurturing leads and closing sales deals through effective communication and sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate new business opportunities
- Understanding customer needs and positioning products or services to meet those needs
- Managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities through the sales process
- Negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets
- Utilizing CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities

Required Qualifications

- Proven track record in inside sales or telemarketing

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
