Position Name : Manager (PEG & QCL) Qualification : B.E / B.Tech (Chemical) Job location: Tuticorin Minimum 5 to 15 Years Experience required in Fertilizer/Petro chemical Plant in Quality Control Department and Project Engineering Group. Responsibilities: Project Engineering Group (PEG): Lead and manage the PEG team, providing direction and guidance on various engineering projects related to the fertilizer plant. Oversee the development, execution, and completion of assigned projects within budget, time, and quality constraints. Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, maintenance, procurement) to ensure seamless project execution. Stay updated on the latest advancements in fertilizer plant technology and implement them in ongoing projects . Quality Control Laboratory (QCL): Manage and lead the QCL team, ensuring adherence to established quality control procedures and protocols. Oversee the testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet required specifications. Implement and maintain a robust quality management system (QMS) in accordance with international standards. Identify and address quality control issues promptly and effectively. Generate and maintain accurate quality control documentation. Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
