Job Description :As a PNE, you will :- Diagnose problems and drive root cause solutions - wireless, wired & cloud systems.- Automate issue diagnosis and remediations- Use acquired knowledge to suggest improvements in technical areas enabling real-time resilient, self healing networks- Help with deployments- Perform solution validation testing- Have the ability to multitask and work under stress- Both guide and learn from those around you- You will often be the technical voice of the customer in discussions, advocating for the best technical solution for your customers. You will provide recommendations for design, architecture, and interfaces. - You will help develop automated issue resolution based on real-time data and logs.Required Qualifications :- Attained a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., BSCS, BSEE).- Have 3-6 years of WiFi testing, automation, technical support, or systems engineering experience.- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Have experience with direct customer interactionsPreferred Qualifications :- 3-6 years of experience supporting wireless solutions.- Ideally 3+ Year Experience hands-on Wireless support- Have experience with design, deploying, and supporting IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (WLAN) solutions.- Good understanding of protocols and real-world troubleshooting.- Experience supporting early-stage solutions from alpha customers to market (general deployment).- Have experience with DNS, radius servers, and DHCP servers.- Certifications of CCNA, CCNP, CCIE [Wireless], CWNA, CWAP, CISSP- Experience supporting LAN switches with ethernet protocol IEEE 802.3, Layer 3 (Internet Protocol) routers with BGP, OSPF routing protocols, ARP/ RARP, DNS, VLANs, dot1x, NAT, GRE, radius servers, guest/BYOD solutions, firewall/security solutions, and DHCP servers.- Additionally, experience in AWS / Microservices / Kubernetes cloud-native application troubleshooting is a PLUS.- Experience working with Wireless Brands: Aruba, Fortinet, Meraki, Cisco (ref:hirist.tech)
