About the Company Decibel Media House is youth driven, modern creative communication branding agency. Established in 2019, our clientele is spread across Delhi, Mumbai, London, Dubai.
We believe in creating exciting branding for our partners and a content solution for their social media & offline spaces. Our in-house team specializes in concept branding, video production, & graphic design. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. This is Leadership Role Responsibilities Lead a team of Videographer, Photographers & Editors Create & Maintain a database of content bifurcated into videos, raws, edited in a structured order Ability to understand brand tone and brand guidelines before the shoot. Oversee brand standards, lighting technique, and image quality Creating the mood boards for the brands to explore Take the brief to understand specifications and work with the team to develop concept Setting up shoots Guide and help in art direction Direct models for poses, and overall mood of the product shot Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications Take total charge of the completion of the shoot Maintaining and managing photography equipments Working on various video edits for the brand partners with our edit team THIS IS A VIDEO + PHOTO ROLE. PROFICIENCY IN BOTH IS REQUIRED. Apply if: Has worked with creating exciting video content for Food & Beverage, Fashion & Lifestyle, Event brands Proficiency with camera equipments and lighting In-depth knowledge of Lightroom, Filmora, or other such softwares Previous experience of working with an agency is appreciated Has Full Frame Camera & basic light setup Has strong understanding of equipments, and can utilize equipments available internally Has a laptop with a configuration of 16 GB RAM or more, and Video Processor to support editing. A personal laptop is a must Ability to work with a team Organizational and time management skills Aptitude to multitask Excellent communication, interpretation, and presentation skills Having previous agency experience is a plus Has at least 4 years of work experience in working with brands across social media for their content What's more: Work directly with the Founding Team Shared Learning with Top Industry Experts Ownership to build & lead teams Our office - for the days we all get together is in Greater Kailash 1, New Delhi.
