Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance sales processes for our automated systems.
- Engage in technical discussions, clearly explaining the functionalities of our automated systems.
- Manage sales activities from providing quotations to coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery.
- Sell complex technical software related to robotic process automation, offline programming, process simulation, and additive manufacturing.
- Maintain and expand sales by adeptly handling increasing demand and complex customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background in engineering, with a preference for experience in additive manufacturing systems and robotics.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for process automation and sales enhancement.
- Ability to develop scalable sales strategies and processes.
- Experience in selling technical software, ideally related to robotics and manufacturing, is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective internal coordination and customer relations.
