Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Surat. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer complaints. The manager will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and support to ensure retention and satisfaction levels are maintained.

Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Ability to interact with customers in a professional and positive manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the automobile industry
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
