Role and Responsibilities:

• As a Lead Generation Specialist you will be responsible for:
• Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and gather relevant information.
• Identifying and qualifying prospects based on specified criteria.
• Delivering persuasive and compelling presentations to prospects to generate interest in the insurance products.
• Maintaining a comprehensive database of leads and effectively managing followups to ensure high conversion rates.

Candidate Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this role should have:
• 14 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adeptness in English Hindi and Marathi languages.
• A bachelors degree in any stream.
