Fly Hi Financial Services Ltd. is an Asset-lite, tech-forward NBFC, focused on bridging gaps between financing and quality education in India's burgeoning education sector. Flyhi Finance provides highly affordable education lending products aimed at K-12 schooling, coaching classes, higher education, professional and vocational skill development courses. Flyhi Loans are fully digital and paperless, accessible via a 15-minute web application process directly as well as through a network of partnered institutes.
We are Looking a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Role – CSR Department – Sales Location – Mumbai Budget : Up to 2.4 - 3.2 LPA Experience: 0 -1 years Responsibilities - Responsible for bringing new alliances with K12 Schools, Colleges, Universities, Coaching, Tuition, Vocational courses classes Institutes for business development for sourcing retail customers for educational lending products.
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales, alliances, and business development targets.
- Responsible for end-to-end relationship management including training, on-boarding, and grievance resolution of the allied institute staff and other officials.
- Manage end to end sales cycle - presentation, commercial negotiation, defining Institute's scope of work, coordination with internal team to ensure timely go live.
- Prepare necessary sales reports and MIS on a routine basis.
- The present analysis, findings w.r.t policy and processes, and give recommendations to Product and policy team, especially findings that involve a borrower's ability to repay & bringing efficiency & cost reduction to the overall customer loan management journey.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of key competitors, use competitive knowledge to assist in outbound product positioning, and to set internal development priorities. Set up payment plans and monitor the progress of existing loans
Qualifications - Degree in Graduate from a recognized university/Institute is preferred.
- An understanding of digital sourcing and the credit lifecycle of typical retail customers.
- You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
