Roles and Responsibilities

• Need Min 5 years of experience in FMCG Companies/Retail/Quick service Restaurants Manager/Assistant manager

• Candidate should have 5 year of experience in Direct customer handling Team handling shift management

• Experienced in handling minimum 10 membered Team.

• Oversee dayto day operations and support to achieve weekly Monthly Quarterly performance goals.

• Good In people management and get things done from employees.

• Drive sales and internal process

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer handling and in retail business/ FMCG/QSR/Restaurant

• Good communication skills

• Leadership skills
