Job description

 Must formulate health programmes or treatment plans with the suitability of the patients (needs and conditions of the patients). In accordance with the treatment plan, patients must be initiated into the treatments such as reflexology, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, physiotherapy and yoga.
 They should cooperate and coordinate with other departments to provide better service to the patients.
 To integrate counselling techniques for better healing process.
 Notable interpersonal skills and communicate effectively and sensitively with patients, management and staff.
 To follow a strong work ethics, integrity and abide by the rules and regulations of organization Should be able to work closely with other health care professionals (Ayurveda) to meet the patient's needs.
 Providing online and offline consultation to the patients as per the appointment schedules.
 Answer the queries of patients.
 Explaining the treatments planned to them and their benefits.
 Encourage to patient to follow diet and other activity to support treatment.
 Enhancing patient satisfaction and excellence through services provided.
 You should make available for TV live shows & live in social media when required.
 You need to write medical articles when required.
 Need to attend camps conducted by company.
 Need to work on shifts as required.
 Need to work on Sunday and Holidays & those will be compensated with other day week off or day payment.
