Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact for customer inquiries on all compliance related issues
Proactively identify and recommend services to support customer needs and goals
Build and maintain customer relationships by translating complex strategies/issues into common language
Be a trusted advocate of Constant Contacts best business practices and marketing trends
Assess customer concerns for proactive retention measures
Demonstrate a sense of urgency when responding to customer issues via telephone and email
In-depth knowledge of Constant Contacts Terms Conditions along with compliance policies and procedures
Recommend ideas to help cultivate the FAQ/Knowledge Base used by customers and internal staff
In-depth knowledge of email delivery in a bulk sending environment and ability to troubleshoot complex delivery issues
Independently resolve technical customer support and compliance issues and escalate such issues when appropriate
Qualifications and Skills:Superior customer service skills
Thorough knowledge of Constant Contact products and services
Detail oriented
Self-motivated
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Additional experience with any of the following is a plus:Fluent in Spanish
Combating spam, fraud, and/or online malicious activity
IP/Domain, Reverse DNS Lookups
Mail delivery/ISP relations
HTML/CSS
Web based email-marketing tools
