Overview:
The Sales & Support Executive plays a crucial role in the organization by serving as a primary point of contact for customers handling sales inquiries providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is essential for driving sales and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to sales inquiries and providing product information to potential customers
- Assisting customers with product selection and making recommendations
- Processing sales orders and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory availability
- Handling customer inquiries and providing comprehensive support via phone email and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed
- Collaborating with sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate sales and support databases
- Assisting with sales and marketing campaigns and promotions
- Providing feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales and marketing teams
- Participating in product and sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in sales and customer support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
