Job description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Enrollment Agent in our Voice Process division (BPO) , specifically catering to the USA market. As a Clinical Research Enrollment Agent, you will play a crucial role in prescreening and identifying suitable subjects/patients for participation in clinical research studies.
Location: Remote (India)
Responsibilities
· Conducting prescreening interviews with potential subjects/patients via phone calls in a professional manner.
· Verifying and documenting subject/patient information accurately and confidentially.
· Collaborating with the clinical research team to ensure alignment with study protocols and criteria.
· Providing clear and concise information to potential participants regarding the clinical research studies.
· Adhering to all regulatory guidelines and ethical standards in the recruitment process.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role. (Life science candidates preferred)
Language Skills: Fluent in English with exceptional verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
Accent: An AMERICAN ACCENT is essential to ensure effective communication with potential participants.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish a positive connection with subjects/patients.
Shift Flexibility: Ability to work during USA shifts to accommodate the varying schedules of potential participants.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to accurately document subject/patient information and ensure compliance with study protocols.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing protocols and requirements in the dynamic field of clinical research.
Ethical Standards: Understanding and commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in the recruitment process.
Qualities: Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with potential participants.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
