Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based in Panchkula, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the B2B industry. Strong persuasion, negotiation, communication, sales, and active listening skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Roles and Responsibilites (Business Development Executive )

Identify New Sales Leads.

Must Have Laptop( optional) And Own Vehicle

Field Sales

Prospect For New Clients By Networking.

Cold Calling.

Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.

Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.

Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.

Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.

Participate in pricing the solution/service.

Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.

Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.

Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.

Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
