Looking for a candidate who is cool-headed, organized and confident in their working style to keep our clients happy with their shipping experience on EZ Logistics
The job involves managing customer support over WhatsApp, email, handling escalation tickets, escalating tickets to courier partners, making outbound calls to leads and clients who sign up on our website, managing inbound customer support calls, etc. Ideal candidate should have a good command in written and verbal English and Hindi. One or two Local languages should be mentioned in the resume. Prior experience in a customer support role preferably in a logistics company is ideal. Prior Experience - Minimum 1 year experience in a customer support / operations role in a logistics company is a huge plus.
