How does the Legal team contribute to Infinity Learn
The legal team assists Infinity Learn in developing and upholding its legal strategy. Our team is an essential part of Infinity Learn's growth, from conducting negotiations to providing legal advice to the leadership and management; we aim to construct novel and innovative solutions to difficult business matters.
We fight the most crucial tasks within and outside the organization and constantly aim to collaborate with our stakeholders, mainly to make sure they are aware of all important legal and contractual issues.
Here's what we're looking for:
Law degree from a law school in India.
4-6 years of hands-on legal experience with leading companies or law firms, with a strong legal and business acumen, and experience in providing corporate commercial advice law, preferably in media, IT/ ITES, and allied verticals.
Transactional experience in M&A, venture capital and private equity is preferred, but not a mandatory requirement.
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast paced and pressure environments.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in drafting and reviewing contracts.
Good understanding of IPR and technology laws.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Your typical day as an iLian will look like this:
Structuring, drafting and reviewing of agreements, correspondences and documentation.
Raising awareness to the leadership and management on contractual and related legal issues. Understanding business exigencies from a legal standpoint to provide quality and timely advice. Preparing contract templates to simplify contractual procedures.
Coordinating and strategizing with external lawyers across the country for all dispute resolution processes and specialized topics.
Developing strong and professional contacts and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
