Job Overview:

Ensure minimum requirements for each loan are met before clearing the Title through document review data entry and validation.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills in English language
• Good Knowledge of the Bankruptcy process and a basic understanding of Bankruptcyrelated documents.
• Strong understanding of Bankruptcy Reconciliation Ledger preparation Proof of Claim and Motion for Relief processes.
• Review all the required Foreclosure documents for filing motion for relief (MFR). Also should have a basic knowledge of all the processes under Bankruptcy.
• Review the borrower details to determine whether the borrower is falling under any stateregulated protections which in turn will influence Bankruptcy.
• Good knowledge of reviewing Mortgage and Bankruptcyrelated documents.
• Ensure all assigned cases are worked in accordance with regulatory investor/insurer and Trust Policy requirements and timelines.
• Update and document all tracking systems including clear and accurate documentation of the accounts worked.
• Processing tasks as per the process guidelines.
• Meeting assigned productivity and quality targets.
• Adhering to SLAs and TATs.
• Interpersonal relationships at work with peers.
• Adhering to organization policies.

Work Shifts: Candidates should be open to working in shifts.
