Job description
Candidate is responsible for ensuring best service to the customers on behalf of Maestro Realtek,
CRM is implemented successfully to engage the Booked customer's and understand their needs by giving after sales service.
CRM is responsible for following Strategic and operational focus.
- To ensure smooth transaction from welcome call to registration and collection.
- To register the booked units and complete the collection in defined TAT Period.
- To maintain and regularize MIS Report for review meeting on weekly basis.
- To address customer grievances thoroughly.
- Responsible for facilitating & issuing relevant documents for bank approval.
- Engagement with Bankers in getting Various schemes into system.
- Coordination with Internal team for smooth functioning of Booking process.
- Handled sensitive process like cancellation and retention of customer.
Required Profile:-
- 2 to 4 years of experience in CRM
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real estate industry
- Graduate or Post graduate from a recognized university
- Well versed with MS office
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good oral and written communication skills
