Job description

Project Role: L2 Technical Support Engineer Skills: Microsoft 365, Networking, Firewall, VoIP. Experience: 2 - 3 Years Salary: Up to 5-7 LPA Work Location: Pune, NIBM (WFO) Key Responsibilities: Fundamental understanding of the Operating System and system troubleshooting. Handling end-user tickets related to M365 ( Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, One-drive etc ). Experience in management and security solutions for Windows devices like

Intune.

Understanding and troubleshooting of

VPN

for both

Windows

as well as third-party VPN clients ( FortiClient ). Good understanding of

Firewall, router, and networking

concepts. Proficient understanding in functioning of Router specially the home routers as well. Understanding and experience in

VoIP technology . Different concepts in

VoIP, desk phone, mobile VoIP application (call switch) . experience in troubleshooting

broadband issues

as well

mobile phone

issues. Understanding and experience in specifically O365 issues, Azure issues On-Prem Active Directory Professional Attributes: Excellent verbal communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization. Adaptive learner and ability to grasp things quickly. Ability to operate independently and make decisions with no supervision.
