Job description

Blackline - EXL Resource

.Responsible for completing day-to-day admin activities

.Assist with the transition of activities to EXL

.Set-up of new activities (Journals & Tasks) in Blackline

.Semi-Annual Blackline Admin reviews (e.g., clean-up activities)

.Initiate regular sandbox refreshes with Blackline and ensure success of process

.Onboarding entities in Blackline - effort varies by entity/determined by Accounting CoE

Ă˜Set-up companies in BL, Identify/Implement BL Templates, Build Automation and Training

.Advanced Experience with Building Match Sets and Automated Journals (Preferred not required)

.Partner with COA Governance to complete the risk rating updates in BlackLine

.Assist with Troubleshooting Support Issues

.Daily assistance with ongoing issues including working with Blackline Customer Support (as needed) on cases to perform root-cause analysis and testing and implementing resolution.

.Assist with month-end close support activities (e.g., track down missing imports, journal load and recon issues, etc.)

.Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting and/or Finance required

.Experiencewith continuous improvement and project management a plus

.Experience with a Center of Excellence environment is preferred

.5+ years of Accounting or Finance experience required

.2+ years of BlackLine experience preferred,ideally a mix of experience as a system administrator and user

.Background in Month-End Close process optimization

.Proven ability to think 'outside the box' to design and develop enhancements and seek out best practices (as needed)

.Ability to influence and collaborate with business partners at all levels

.Partners closely with end-users to gather and document business requirements to enhance systems and processes to drive increased efficiencies.

.Proven ability todeliver high level of customer service

.Excellent organization, problem solving and communication skills

.Motivated self-starter attitude, ability to work independently or in teams as needed
