Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Service Representative. The Client Service Representative will be responsible for addressing client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Client Service Representative will manage client accounts, and collaborate with other departments to ensure successful events.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in client services and customer satisfaction
  • Experience in finance and accounting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software
  • Experience in event management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
