About the Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced civil person who can take the leadership role of managing site execution in residential segment with focus on quality, cost control and delivery schedule.

Job Description

  • Ensuring timely delivery of the project by planning and monitoring execution of site activities.
  • Maintaining quality as per quality standards.
  • Planning, implementation and reviewing safety and security protocol at the site.
  • Completing each activity as per GFC drawings within budget and timelines.
  • Coordinating with planning, purchase and accounts departments in head office for smooth execution of construction activities at site.
  • Site office administration and control.
  • Preparing progress report (Targeted vs. Achieved) on daily, fortnightly and monthly basis and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Reporting any critical issues to head office with immediate effect.
  • Attending weekly programs /review meetings with contractors and issue MOMs.
  • Certification of all site related bills and ensuring timely payment of bills.
  • Ensuring updated records in various registers at site, viz. site order book, stock, inventory, checklist for each activity, material inward, cement and steel register, etc.
  • Managing a team of site engineers, foreman, supervisor, store etc at the site.
  • Minimizing wastage of generating periodic reconciliation statements for materials like cement, steel, bricks, tile, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining contractor base for good competitive rates.

Key Skills Needed

  • BE Civil/B.Tech. (Civil), Diploma (Civil) with 8+ years' experience in residential building projects
  • Must be a strong communicator and leader and able to manage team at the site
  • Should have working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project
  • Should have sound knowledge of IS codes

CTC

  • 6 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
