Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate at OM COSMETICS, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, helping them find the right products to enhance their natural beauty, and ultimately driving sales for the company. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, providing personalized recommendations, ensuring a positive customer experience, and meeting sales targets.

- Customer service oriented
- Sales experience or a passion for selling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
