Key Responsibilities ● PAN India 3P Manpower Sourcing (Delivery Hub Level) ● PAN India 3P Manpower Attendance and Payroll ● Betterplace HRMS Administration ● 3P Manpower Cost Reporting ● Attrition and Absenteeism Analysis and actionables ● Vendor Management including negotiation and contracts finalization ● Vendor Performance Scorecard ● New Vendor Onboarding ● Vendor Statutory Compliance (Payroll, Store Level) ● Diversity Hiring ● Cost Reduction in 3P Hiring (NAPS Hiring) What We’re Looking For ● Experience- 8-10 years ● Experience in supply chain industry ● People with Attention to detail & deep knowledge ● Datadriven and individuals with high level of ownership ● People with Bias for action and intensity to drive business results Why Join Us?
