Job description
- Supervise the projects from start to end by coordinating with different teams to complete the trials and test reports as per defined quality test plan.
- Preparing Monthly reports as per defined KPI.
- Must be able to read and prepare drawings of product, tools etc via CAD.
- Updating & documenting the modifications done during Process optimization.
- Responsible for preparing Qualification release reports and conducting meetings with stakeholders from time to time.
- Implement the modification & standards prepared for card production.
- Having understanding of ISO standards, Process parameters (Cp,CPk,SPC etc).
- Supervise and maintain the process parameters set in the machines during the card manufacturing operation.
- Responsible for performing random tests to ensure that the correct parameters are being used in production.
- Clean and safe work environment.
- Maintain and promote best practices.
- Meeting departmental objectives.
- Documentation of procedures in case of new processes are added / corrective and preventive action as when required.
- Raise issues of process to HOD / manager so that corrective and preventive action to be initiated.
- Collection and integrity of the data and preparation of daily and monthly report.
To succeed in the above mission, you will need to have following skills/experience:
- Prior experience in MNC will be preferable
- Candidate must have Project management knowledge, having 2-4 years experience in same domain
- Prior experience working in an international and cross cultural team would be a plus
- Solid understanding of project management on scheduling, budgeting and stakeholders management
- Candidate should have good interpersonal skill
- Candidate must be innovative of mind
- Looking for an energetic & committed person, a motivator who leads to achieve common goal
- Priority if experience in Banking domain with knowledge of plastic cards
- Should have good communication skill & with sound speaking capabilities in English
- Candidate must have capabilities to handle global team across the world with different geographical location.
