Position: Accounts Executive/ Accountant
Location: Visakhapatnam
Work Type: Onsite
Job Description:
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently.
Process incoming payments and outgoing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update relevant databases.
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable and accounts payable status.
Assist with monthend closing activities including preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
Handle inquiries from vendors and customers regarding billing and payment issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant regulations.
Provide support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work well in a team.
Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable roles.
