Job description

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Executive Vendor & Partner Management for the   reputed company   in Ed-tech Industry in Kolkata .

Roles & responsibilities:

1. Shortlisting and setting up meetings with vendors for production
2. Setting up meetings both internally, with partners, vendors, and external organisations
3. Visiting and managing deliverables/quality of vendors during production
4. Ensuring all regulatory compliances such as bar codes, pricing, ISBN number and any others are in place 
5. Managing documentation such as scope of work, NDAs with vendors
6. Getting quotes and costing from vendors and working with management for approvals
7. Negotiation with vendors 
8. Co-ordination for payments, quality control & deliverables 
9. Working with partners such as offline stores, book stores and other sellers

Qualification: 

1. Any graduate degree
2. Good communication skills in English 
3. Good MS Office Skills
4. Preferably from the toy industry 
5. Between 4 to 5 years of experience 
6. The candidate should be driven and be willing to work in a start up environment
7. Role involves travel to vendor and partner locations

Location - Kolkata, on site only. No remote working.
