Job description
We are hiring Security Manager - Industrial in Location: NINL, Koida Mines, Odisha For TATA.
The Context / Purpose of the Job To drive and administer safe and secure environment by developing and enforcing Security, Fire & Disaster Management Policy to provide security to the Employees, Customers, Vendors and visitors along with the protection of companys assets and to ensure smooth conduct of business by NINL mines, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility - Planning and Organizing effective Security Incident Management System and handling of impromptu situations
- Control of crime and management of fire incidents for protection of human resources and assets of the Company
- Improve CSI
- Improve Security, Fire & Disaster Management Procedures, and processes
- Ensure effective security to the human resources & assets of the company and its vendors within the company premises with the help of external & internal stakeholders arising out of IR issues & other crisis situations.
Requirements - Graduate
- 5 - 10yrs Experience Into Security
- Experience in industrial security management
- Experience in Fire & Disaster Management Procedures, and processes
- Experience in managing CSI
- He/ She must possess a sound working knowledge of relevant legislation & security best practices affecting the security role.
Technical Competencies - Security Operations & System Knowledge
- Fire & Disaster Management
- Auditing & basic financial management
- Proficiency in MS Office
