Job description

We seek a passionate resultsoriented and innovative Vice President of Business Development for our US IT Staffing Division. This person will drive the development of Our company s US IT Staffing Solutions in the US IT Contingent Workforce and Talent Acquisition market. The Associate Vice President of Business Development is responsible for achieving sales targets and marketing goals set by the Company for the AVP s specific Business Unit. As an AVP of Business Development you will use your proven network to craft initiate and implement revenue growth plans and strategies in Staffing Solutions for USbased companies. Using your experience and proven skill set develop talent acquisition strategies and grow revenue to achieve assigned targets.

Job duties include:

Develop and execute aggressive production and sales plans to succeed in designated markets.

Engage relevant business partners and local networks to identify and close new businesses.

Prepare and present new business screening documents and proposals

Bring new contracts and close sales.

Set and execute an aggressive Client Acquisition strategy to generate significant quarteroverquarter revenue growth in Contingent Workforce closings.

Working closely with USbased Executives to coordinate and achieve goals

Qualifications

A Bachelor s or Master s degree in economics business or a related subject and 10 years of experience in the US IT Staffing Industry in a Sales or Business Development Hunter role. Strong written and verbal communication demonstrated leadership and math skills.

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing Business Development Sales and Marketing and at least 5 years of managerial experience

Ability to lead and manage US IT Staffing Business Development efforts develop short and longterm plans and strategies to accomplish overall revenue growth goals and objectives.

Experience using data and metrics to drive productivity and accountability for performance.

Highlevel problemsolving and analytical abilities.

Ability to develop and make compelling presentations to potential partners and senior executive teams.

Consistent achievement of quota and revenue goals

Experience leading comprehensive pipeline generation strategy and execution

Fulfilling the responsibilities and duties of this career field requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills strong management and problemsolving abilities and familiarity with providing proactive leadership for the business.
