Job Title: Accounts Analyst Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore
Experience: 8 to 15 years
Skills :GL accounting and R2R functions
Job Description - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CA or related field;
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in GL accounting and R2R functions.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on optimizing processes and driving results.
