As a Community Leader, you'll be the driving force behind creating vibrant, engaging, and resourceful industry-specific communities. You'll leverage our AI tools to connect people with opportunities, mentorship, and each other based on shared interests and professional goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage industry-specific communities, fostering engagement and collaboration. Use AI insights to tailor content, discussions, and networking opportunities that resonate with community members. Organize virtual and in-person events like webinars, workshops, and meetups to enhance community interaction. Collaborate with industry experts to provide mentorship and learning opportunities within the community. Monitor community trends and feedback to continuously improve the community experience. Work closely with the Mhymatch team to align community activities with overall company goals and strategies. Leverage social media and other digital platforms to grow and engage your community. Represent Mhymatch and its values, acting as a brand ambassador in various forums and events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional qualifications in community management or marketing are a plus. Proven experience in community building, ideally in the specified industry sector. Strong understanding of digital platforms and social media engagement strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and inspire a diverse group of individuals. Organizational and event planning skills, with a knack for creating memorable and impactful experiences. A proactive, collaborative mindset, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
