- Supervise Security Staff: Directly supervise a team of security personnel, including security guards and officers, and provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Security Planning and Deployment: Develop and implement security plans and strategies based on the organization's needs and requirements. Determine the appropriate deployment of security personnel and resources to ensure effective coverage.
- Security Policies and Procedures: Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment. Regularly review and update security protocols to adapt to changing threats and risks.
- Incident Response and Emergency Management: Coordinate and oversee the response to security incidents, emergencies, or breaches. Take appropriate actions to mitigate risks, ensure the safety of personnel, and protect property and assets.
- Surveillance and Monitoring: Utilize security systems, such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms, to monitor and detect suspicious activities. Respond to alarms or incidents as needed and investigate security breaches or violations.
