Job Title : Product Manager / Solution Owner Location : Remote Responsibilities · Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, threats, and trends relevant to the consumer goods technology sector. · Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on market analysis, customer feedback, and technological advancements. · Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure product alignment with business objectives. · Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to sunset, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance. · Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and incorporate insights into the product strategy. · Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends to ensure · Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers and other team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Qualifications: · Experience in enterprise product management, preferably in the consumer goods technology sector. · Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. · Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Adept at working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
