DESCRIPTION

The Selling Partner Experience team within RISC is looking for a Risk Inspection Manager to improve the Selling Partner Experience and protect our customers from unsafe and non-compliant products.
The Risk Inspection Manager will lead and own an audit mechanism to ensure only safe or compliant products are available in our stores. This leader will work with multiple teams within RISC, Business, Legal, and SPX to determine the right risk signals to identify bad actors, or non-compliant products. This leader will work closely with the Trusted Brands programs to feed into the overall pre-qualification strategy. The Risk Inspection Manager will also partner with other teams to drive the right enforcement actions.
We are looking for builders with a high capacity to manage ambiguity, and think analytically. This PM will co-own an SPS level goal, on a new program that has high impact, high visibility, and high exposure.

Key job responsibilities
1. Build the Inspection process for the pre-qualification program
2. Partner up with teams to capture feedback, and help get alignment to drive change.
3. Identify opportunities to automate or semi-automate the process.
4. Work with Business Intelligence Engineers, Product Managers, and Software developers to build the inspection process at scale
5. Build reporting mechanisms to identify potential bad actors.
6. Engage with Policy team members to improve our controls
7. Build a risk assessment model to outreach potential bad actors
8. Present leaders progress through WBR, MBRs, and QBRs
9. Develop short, medium, and long-term strategies to scale the program
