Creditum Management Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketer to join our team and assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools to drive online growth and brand awareness.

Employment Type : Full Time .
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, etc.
Strong knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Work Location : 2nd floor , 27 Yashashree Shivprasad Society, Sinhgad Rd, near Potdar Hospital, Panmala, Dattawadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411030 ( Work From Office ) .
6 Days Working ( Sunday week off and 2 Saturdays are week off that is alternative )
Pure Day Shift
Salary : 20,000 to 30,000
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand visibility, website traffic, and conversion rates.
Content Marketing: Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across various digital channels such as websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility in search engines.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including content creation, engagement, and paid social advertising.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously improve website user experience and conversion paths to maximize lead generation and sales.
Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated optimally across various channels.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to inform digital marketing efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales teams, to ensure alignment with overall marketing and business goals.
