Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the real estate market.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing guidance, and facilitating the buying and selling process.
- Collaborating with other agents, brokers, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
- Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Managing and negotiating contracts to close deals effectively and efficiently.
- Staying updated with industry best practices, regulations, and changes in real estate laws.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 2-3years of proven experience as a successful real estate sales , with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate (Gurgaon) market trends, laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and a passion for sales.
- Own Conveyance preferably 4 wheeler.
